S&C varies depending on your abilities and your goals. You don’t need to be competing in a specific sport to benefit from S&C as anyone with movement & training goals can benefit. During an S&C appointment, we take a closer look at your movement patterns using the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and along with finding out about the demands of your sport and your goals, we create a training program for you to reach them. S&C can include strength training and aerobic conditioning with exercises programmed for your abilities, planned and progressed over the time frame to reach your goal. S&C is useful for people of all abilities - from only just starting out in a sport (or wanting to get fit) or weekend warriors wanting to avoid injury or having more endurance to enjoy the sport for longer - to athletes training to compete - we discuss your goals, time frame, assess your movement and create the right program for you. Appointments
Initial (1h, $120): If you’re new to this clinic, the initial appointment is for you. We will discuss your goals, your current status, assess your movement and create a training program suited to your needs (Note: it’s best to wear comfortable, loose clothing on the first appointment so that you are able to move freely during any movement assessments) Follow up (30min, $80): If you have been to the clinic before and are looking to check-in or update your training program, this is the appointment for you. We will check-in with your progress with another movement screen and update your training program according to your needs. Telehealth check-in (15min, $20): Just want to check-in with your current exercises to see if you’ve got the technique down - or want to add a few more exercises or progress the ones you have? We can do this one online to save you time
