About Telehealth
About Telehealth (aka: Virtual Appointments):
- Telehealth = Virtual appointment
- Available for both Osteopathy and Strength & Conditioning services
- During a Telehealth appointment for Osteopathy, we take a detailed medical history along with asking you about any current pain or injuries.
We will ask you to perform certain movements to help determine the nature of your injury where possible. From there, we can give appropriate advice for you to manage your pain or injury from home and give you specific exercises to help you move and feel better.
- During a Telehealth appointment for S&C, we will take a closer look at your movement patterns, along with finding out about the demands of your sport and your goals. We work with you to create a training program for you to reach your goals.
- If you don't have any weights, bands or other exercise equipment at home, no problem! We will use other household items! Canvas bags are very useful to hold weight. It would also be useful to have a chair nearby as some exercises may need it. Bring what you have and we can work with it !
And wear comfortable clothes to move in !

All Telehealth Appointments Discounted during Melbourne Stage 4 lockdown (until 14/10/2020)
- Initial (1h, normally $120, now $60): If you’re new to this clinic, the initial appointment is for you.

(Note: it’s best to wear comfortable, loose clothing on the first appointment so that you are able to move freely during any movement assessments)
- Follow up (30min, normally $80, now $40): If you have been to the clinic before and are looking to check-in or update your training program, this is the appointment for you.
We will check-in with your progress with another movement screen and update your training program according to your needs.
- Check-in (15min, normally $20, now $10): Just want to check-in with your current exercises to see if you’ve got the technique down - or want to add a few more exercises or progress the ones you have? We can do this one online to save you time
